Mom,once again I am here in Trinidad and there are so many memories shared about you. We spent the weekend together here in Toco and had a wonderful time sharing the family history. Uncle Octave has been sharing the family history with us and everydaywe are yet creating memories. Wishing you were here....still missing you

Mom I remember the last time you went to the family reunion in Trinidad and you vowed never to return because they had stolen your suitcase with all your gifts and belongings. You were so angry and upset that someone could actually do that. You were most upset 'cause you had bought gifts for your loved ones at home and they were stolen.You had such a giving heart. You gave of yourself totally to each and everyone you knew. You had a heart of contentment, had very little but lived abundantly in your giving. I could never understand why your cup was always full, but now as I reflect on your life I understand it all. Mom, I have learnt so many lessons just from reflecting on your life. You had a heart of pure gold,you loved unceasingly,a spirit of giving,a warm and loving presence but most of all a joy within and a laughter that penetrated those you came in contact with;your presence is still felt today and your heartfelt laughter lives within us even now. Well Mom in a few days I will be heading home to Trinidad on vacation, and without a doubt as I gather with the family there will be much chatter about the wonderful person we all loved endlessly.........YOU. Love you and miss you so much
